What is our service agreement?
An extensive support plan for your digital satellite (Sky TV) system, covering faults and breakdown on everything from the remote control to the dish outside, including all the connecting cables.

Why do I need a service agreement?
It is recommended to save on any unwanted call out charges and repair bills and, as our customer, you are given priority for repairs or replacement to avoid lost viewing time.

What exactly does my service agreement fix?
It will solve any fault in your system, including software, dish realignment, box problems, LNB, all surface-mounted cabling, modem and even the remote control.

What are the benefits of a service agreement?
In return for you paying the amount set out in the order form provided we will repair or replace your equipment quickly and at no extra cost. This service agreement is a pre-payment for the services that you will require in case of any breakdown.

If anything goes wrong after my 12 month Sky contract can't I just re-order another Sky system?
No! Companies, such as Sky, will only allow one set of free equipment per household, so you would have to buy new equipment if anything went wrong which could cost up to £385.

What if you cannot fix my system?
If we are unable to fix your system on site, then we will simply replace it for you.

How much will it cost?
Your service agreement will cost you just £6.50 a month, or £72 per year. It is even cheaper if you choose to pay for two years at £100 or for three years at £130 - and that is incredible value at less than 12p a day.

How is this payable?
For your convenience, you can pay monthly or yearly, 2-yearly or 3-yearly, by Direct Debit, credit and debit cards or payments by cheque yearly.

How long does a service agreement last?
It is an open-ended agreement plan, which renews itself automatically.

What if I have an existing problem?
We are pleased to cover you, and will fix your system. All we ask for is a small contribution towards the cost of the service and repairs.

How long will I wait for an engineer to visit?
Recently up to 98% of engineers saw customers the same day that a fault was reported.

Is your engineer a sub-contractor or a cowboy?
All of our engineers are highly trained specialists employed ONLY by us, but are LOCAL to you!

Do you support my satellite system?
We support all professionally installed standard Sky installations including Sky Plus and HD box.

What if I have more than one box?
That is fine, we will support all the digital satellite (Sky TV) boxes throughout your household. For two or more boxes protection costs £10 a month or £110 for one year. It is even cheaper if you choose £140 for two or £170 for three years, which is fantastic value for money at around 15p a day!

What if I am already covered?
It’s great that you already have cover; you are one of the few people that do! But ask yourself these questions:

Am I paying too much?
Do I pay insurance prices?
Will I have to pay an excess?
Does my current company have its own engineers?
Has my current company been around long enough to live up to its promises to you?
Do I receive the best level of service?
